Life Gift Global Empowerment Foundation is duly registered under the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA 2020) as a non-governmental, non-profit organization. The Foundation operates within the lawful framework for social empowerment, humanitarian support, and community development.

The Foundation does not conduct or offer financial investment, cooperative savings, or deposit-taking services, and therefore is not subject to regulation by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

All programs, benefits, and member supports are strictly empowerment-based and derived from the Foundation’s internal resource-sharing and development structure. Participation is voluntary, non-refundable, and non-investment in nature.

Life Gift Global Empowerment Foundation remains committed to transparency, accountability, and compliance with all applicable Nigerian laws, including the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023).
