All membership support fees and empowerment contributions are voluntary and non-refundable, serving only to sustain community development projects, welfare programs, and member empowerment activities.

Participation in any Life Gift Global program does not guarantee specific financial returns. Any benefits received by members arise solely from the collective growth and empowerment structure of the Foundation, and not from any investment or deposit-based scheme.

Life Gift Global Empowerment Foundation operates in full compliance with the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA 2020) and the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023).
