1. Introduction

Welcome to Life Gift Global, a humanitarian empowerment and support network dedicated to uplifting individuals and communities through compassion, connection, and empowerment.

By becoming a member, participant, or visitor to our website and programs, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully, as they define the legal relationship between you (“the Member”) and Life Gift Global Empowerment Foundation (“the Foundation”).

2. Legal Status

Life Gift Global operates under the Life Gift Global Empowerment Foundation, a duly registered non-profit entity under Nigerian law.

The Foundation is not a bank, investment house, financial cooperative, or trading company.
It does not engage in deposit-taking, foreign exchange trading, securities trading, or portfolio management.
All contributions received are treated strictly as voluntary empowerment support fees, used to fund community welfare and empowerment programs.

3. Nature of Membership

Membership in Life Gift Global is voluntary and open to individuals who share the Foundation’s vision of empowerment, mutual growth, and humanitarian service.

Members contribute a Community Support Fee, which grants access to various empowerment programs, training, mentorship, and welfare opportunities.

The Community Support Fee is not an investment and does not yield interest or financial returns.
Empowerment Support Bonuses are expressions of community appreciation based on participation and are not guaranteed.

4. Empowerment Support Bonuses

From time to time, active members who complete empowerment cycles or participate in community programs may receive Empowerment Support Bonuses as a token of appreciation.

These bonuses:

Are not financial returns or profits;

Depend on community participation and resource flow; and

Are subject to the Foundation’s operational policies and discretion.

Life Gift Global makes no guarantee, promise, or commitment regarding the frequency, amount, or certainty of any bonus distribution.

5. Use of Funds

All Community Support Fees are pooled into the Foundation’s Welfare and Empowerment Fund, managed transparently for:

Welfare aid to members in need,

Empowerment programs and training,

Administrative operations, and

Community support projects.

Funds are not used for trading, investment, or speculative purposes.

6. Membership Categories

Life Gift Global offers flexible membership categories to accommodate different capacities and goals.
Each category defines the level of access, participation, and benefits.
Details of each membership type are published on the official website and may be updated periodically.

7. Non-Refund Policy

All membership contributions are non-refundable, as they fund the ongoing empowerment programs and welfare activities of the Foundation.
However, membership slots may be transferred or reassigned to another individual in accordance with Foundation policy.

8. Member Responsibilities

Each member agrees to:

Provide accurate personal information during registration;

Participate in programs with integrity;

Refrain from making financial or investment representations about the Foundation; and

Respect fellow members and uphold the values of the organization.

Misrepresentation of Life Gift Global’s objectives or using its name for unapproved financial solicitation is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

Life Gift Global respects your privacy. All personal information is processed in accordance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA, 2023) and the Foundation’s Privacy Policy.
Members’ data will never be sold or disclosed to third parties except as required by law or with the member’s consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Life Gift Global and its officers shall not be liable for any:

Misinterpretation of the Foundation’s programs as investment or financial services;

Member-to-member transactions conducted outside official channels; or

Losses, expectations, or damages arising from participation.

Participation in Life Gift Global activities is at the member’s discretion and understanding of the humanitarian nature of the program.

11. Amendments

The Foundation reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
All changes will take effect upon publication on the official website or communication through authorized channels.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, and where necessary, through competent courts in Abuja, Nigeria.
